REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION

DIIS Service Pvt. Ltd.

At DIIS, we are committed to providing high-quality security services with full transparency. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we have set out the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Standard Non-Refund Policy

  • All payments made for services, including uniform and material fees, are generally non-refundable.

  • Once uniforms, manpower, or materials have been allocated, the cost is considered fully incurred.

  • Refund requests due to change of mind, personal convenience, or service delays will not be accepted.

2. Limited Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  1. Service Non-Delivery: If DIIS fails to provide the service at all.

  2. Defective or Missing Uniforms/Materials: If uniforms or materials are not delivered, damaged, or incomplete at the time of issuance.

  3. Company Error: If there is a clear administrative or operational error on our side that prevents delivery of service.

Refunds in these cases will be limited to the actual service fee paid, minus any transaction or processing costs. Uniform/material fees already delivered are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the limited conditions above:

  1. Email diisservicepvtltd@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery or issue.

  2. Include:

    • Payment details

    • Reason for refund

    • Supporting documents/photos (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed and approved at management’s discretion.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 45 working days.

  • Any applicable deductions for transaction or processing costs will be communicated beforehand.

5. Force Majeure

diis is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, cyclone, etc.)

  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

  • Legal or government actions

  • Wars, strikes, terrorism, or other unforeseen events beyond our control

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are intended only for exceptional cases described above.

  • By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that all other fees are non-refundable.

  • DIIS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
